From fit to FAT- Exercise Rp
(past clip discounted) i had been lazing about because of an injury & had little all else to do but to eat. i found myself progressively consuming more & more food as the days & weeks flew by. eventually i began to notice that my clothes were getting a bit tighter, but i convinced myself they must have shrunk in the wash! i also began to notice that i became slightly winded from walking up the stairs, but again, i convinced myself it was nothing to worry about. however, when i began to prepare for my next big boxing match, i realised i had completely ruined my athletic body! struggling into my gym clothes, i stared back at the huge blob before me. i couldn’t believe that was me! how could i let myself go like this! determined to get back into shape i decided to do some stretches, sit ups, burpees, push ups & wall sits. i couldn’t believe my lack of fitness now! what will my manager say! i guess i am going to have to make the humiliating call & confess all!
